There is a common misconception that motivation is all that is needed to achieve your fitness goals. However, it is inspiration that ultimately leads to the desired outcome. Motivation without inspiration can be misleading and have toxic consequences in your fitness journey.

Mindy has been a registered dietitian nutritionist for 15 years and a certified diabetes care and education specialist for 10 years. She has worked in primary care with patients one-on-one and in group settings, both in-person and online, and in government and retail settings. She believes in balance - a simple word that can be hard to achieve when it comes to nutrition. Her goal is to help you achieve that balance in your life, and be energized and encouraged in the process. Mindy is the founder and owner of Well My Way Virtual Nutrition.
