David and I met at Burning Man 2019 and we reflect on the journeys that took us there, and how the experience helped reflect on important transformations we have been going through as individuals. Challenges and tragedy are part of our human experiences - we discuss how we change ourselves and our outlook towards life to live more meaningful, fulfilled lives.

Christa shares her journey through life, from becoming successful in Miami's nightlife businesses to training to be a pilot - with becoming a flight attendant in between. Hers is a story of seeking out new challenges, not accepting the status quo, and projecting one's energies towards a defined goal.

Natty has a fascinating background. His passion to make organizations a better place for people originates from his own experience in the Israeli Defence Forces. He had to learn quickly how to make decisions by himself and within his closest team members - in dangerous situations without any possibility of contacting the "higher-ups" for decision-making advice. This passion has followed him throughout his successful business career, deploying new ways to run organizations - and even new ways for them to run themselves. Parallels can be drawn to theories of complex adaptive systems and even chaos theory.

Chris and I reflect on how we met and what has been going on in our lives since then (2019). Chris has a private pilot's license and we explore how and why he followed this passion to fly planes. We also reflect on our German roots and a number of other topics around politics, heritage and current events.

Artem and I discuss a variety of topics on how we perceive what we do and why we do it. This involves reflecting on the past, finding your place in the world - and also what roles the "classic" masculine and feminine attributes or traits play in our journeys. Artem shares his journey through life and one vision he has going forward - a network for men to open up, share and support each other in the quest to becoming a better, more complete individual.

Pete Hall is a serial entrepreneur and firefighter originally from New Jersey - now a resident of Medellin, Colombia. We recorded this episode last October in Frankfurt, Germany.

Pete shares his story of how he discovered his love for starting and running several businesses in parallel. He is a member of Dynamite Circle, a community of location independent entrepreneurs.

His is an inspiring story to people dreaming of starting a business or being self-employed, and managing this business remotely.

Philipp Haas is an artist and freelance photographer from Berlin, Germany. Philipp shares the story around his current and world-unique project Re-Inked (Re-Inked.de - tilt your phone to see the effect of disappearing tattoos). Using a special technique he shows what it looks like when tattoos "disappear" from people's bodies. This comes from a fascination for connecting with other people and witnessing the transformation of an individual from a state of "no tattoos" to tattooed.

In this episode Philipp shares emotions and reactions from people seeing themselves without tattoos for the first time... it is very moving and relatable.
