Natty has a fascinating background. His passion to make organizations a better place for people originates from his own experience in the Israeli Defence Forces. He had to learn quickly how to make decisions by himself and within his closest team members - in dangerous situations without any possibility of contacting the "higher-ups" for decision-making advice. This passion has followed him throughout his successful business career, deploying new ways to run organizations - and even new ways for them to run themselves. Parallels can be drawn to theories of complex adaptive systems and even chaos theory.
