Brené Brown is a research professor at the University of Houston who studies vulnerability, courage, authenticity, and shame. She’s written five #1 New York Times bestsellers: The Gifts of Imperfection, Daring Greatly, Rising Strong, Braving the Wilderness, and Dare to Lead, and her TED Talk on the Power of Vulnerability is one of the most-viewed TED Talks of all time.

She  also recently launched a podcast called Unlocking Us, and as soon as you’re done listening to this episode, I’d encourage you to subscribe to it! I’ve found it an incredible inspiration in these challenging times.
