Freddie aka PRF is a young animator from the UK who has been making music videos for rappers across the globe. We chatted about his love for his craft, his future goals, how he uses animation to control his autism. PRF has been animating for over 5 years now and plans on working with more rappers in the future. We had a great chat and PRF even left us with some amazing words of wisdom.

INTERVIEW w/ JANUSZ WELIN AKA @deepmindfulness   Janusz Welin is Co-Founder of the Deep Mindfulness Collective, dedicated to making industrial-strength mindfulness available to all. Janusz specializes in mindfulness for creativity, personal and group emotional intelligence, and guiding people along the path of classical awakening.  

Janusz grew up on a small hippy farm in Rhode Island and began meditating at 13 years old (Zen and mindfulness) and has over a decade of dedicated meditation practice in the insight (Vipassana) meditation tradition. Janusz focuses on creating immersive meditative experiences to help students deconstruct difficulties and live more fulfilling lives.  

Janusz has completed over 1,000 hours of formal teacher training in the Buddhist and secular mindfulness traditions and has completed over 100 days of silent retreat. Janusz has taught meditation at Vassar College, Columbia University as well as at Fortune 100 companies. Janusz has co-taught residential retreats internationally alongside meditation master Shinzen Young and has trained closely with meditation masters in the United States and Asia.  I’m very excited about this chat tonight my friends. Janusa is the real deal. I believe we will all learn some great things that will improve our lives.

A few weeks back, I had the pleasure of interviewing Sylwia Wiesenberg!
