Inspire Church

In this sermon message, Pastor Mike Kai drives home the point that there are only two directions in which we can lead our lives. One is the way of the Godly, and the other the way of the unrighteous and wicked. There is no middle ground.

You'll also learn there are three kinds of people and how they relate to the blessing of the Lord. Where are you planted? Is your foundation firmly planted? You'll learn how to build on "rock" and become securely anchored through Bible engagement.

Pastor Mike Kai emphasizes the importance of building a strong foundation for life, faith, and success. Drawing from Psalm 1 and Matthew 7, he explains how the foundation of our lives should be rooted in God's Word, not on shifting emotions or temporary influences. Using metaphors like a tree planted by streams of water, Pastor Mike illustrates how staying grounded in Scripture leads to spiritual stability, growth, and fruitfulness. He challenges listeners to build their lives on the "rock" of Jesus Christ, rather than on the unstable "sand" of worldly values. As he shares personal insights and biblical wisdom, Pastor Mike inspires us to deepen our faith, trust in God through hardships, and remain hopeful in times of struggle. Tune in to learn how to strengthen your foundation and build a life that stands the test of time.

If you're unsure how to vote, this sermon will guide you through what Mike Kai believes are the "Qualities of a President."

Pastor Shane shares a deeply personal experience of battling severe depression, acknowledging the emotional and spiritual burdens he faced as a leader. Despite his upbeat personality, he found himself overwhelmed by the weight of ministry, aging, and unaddressed disappointments. He is reminded of Elijah's experience in 1 Kings 19, where even after great victory, Elijah was overcome with fear and doubt. Pastor Shane parallels this with his own journey, reflecting on the realities of mental health, the physiological effects of aging, and the emotional toll of leadership. Despite moments of darkness, he emphasizes the importance of calling upon the Lord, washing away negativity, and continuing to walk through life's valleys. Ultimately, his message is one of hope, encouraging others to persist in faith and seek help when needed.

If you're struggling with mental health or thoughts of suicide, know that you're not alone and there is help available. In the United States, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or reach out to a mental health professional in your area. Internationally, you can find resources at organizations like Befrienders Worldwide or your local helpline. Your life matters, and reaching out for support is a courageous first step. You are worthy of hope, healing, and brighter days ahead.

In Part 1 of "The Divine Battle: The Deceiver," we dive into the spiritual warfare happening behind the scenes of our lives. Drawing parallels between physical wars and the battles we face in the spiritual realm, this message reveals the enemy's tactics—deception, lies, and temptation. Satan, the deceiver, targets our minds, just as he did with Eve in the Garden of Eden, distorting God's truth and leading us to question His goodness. But we're not powerless. We fight from a place of victory through Christ, equipped with God's Word to resist and overcome the devil's schemes. As believers, knowing our enemy and understanding how to defend against his attacks is crucial in this ongoing battle. Join us as we explore how to stand firm in truth and walk in the victory Christ has already won.

During this Inspire Church anniversary weekend, Pastor Mike Kai continues with another installment of the "Signs" message series. If you've been following, there are earthly and heavenly signs signaling the end times and revival is also one of them.

Revival is at the forefront of Pastor Mike's heart, and he illustrates his teaching points in a historical fashion. He delivers a very instructive, in-depth chronological timeline on revival providing context from the Bible, national events, and "Elements of the Great Hawaiian Awakening."

Understanding revival means falling in love with Jesus all over again, as heaven invades earth. It also means getting right with the Kingdom of God and finding your right place with Him.
