I talk to one of my good friends Jonathan Castro. He's accomplished a lot in his young adult life. At the moment he's a financial advisor, and investor entrepreneur, and looks to continue to contribute to his community. 

We had a great guest on today. Dr. Nghi Dang shares with us his story of coming to the US from Vietnam at 7 years old.

We go over his struggles and why mental health needs to be addressed as a youth. His experiences has led him to become an author of books for children for the purposes of dealing with bullying and insecurities.
