Looking for real stories that lift you up? Welcome to Inspire and Impact—the podcast where purpose meets perseverance. This is where transformation begins, and your story continues. In this episode, I’m joined by Caleb Matthews, founder of The SeeLink, international motivational speaker, and dream interpretation teacher who helps people answer two life-changing questions in one: ✅ Why am I here? ✅ What is my purpose? Caleb takes us deep into the “SeeLink” concept—learning to see the links in everyday life and in the night season (what happens after your head hits the pillow). We talk about dream interpretation as a real-world language, how dreams can come from different sources, and why purpose isn’t just something you’re “good at”—it’s what brings fulfillment, joy, and alignment with who you were designed to be. What you’ll learn in this conversation: What The SeeLink is and how it helps people connect the dots in their lives Why dream interpretation matters—even if you rarely remember your dreams Caleb’s first vivid dream memory at age 6 and how it shaped his life path The idea that dreams can come from multiple sources, and how to discern them A powerful historical example: how Harriet Tubman reportedly used dreams/trances for direction and survival Caleb’s story of interpreting a dream at a holistic festival—and how it led to unlikely connection and collaboration How dreams, purpose, and leadership overlap—and why people feel stuck in the “9–5 matrix” The “DNA of Design” concept: clues from childhood that reveal what you’re wired for The SSB Method (Spirit, Soul & Body) and what alignment really looks like Why humor matters in transformation: “Never lose the awe” How to interpret adversity, “flip the coin,” and turn resistance into direction What legacy means when you’re living for impact—and not just applause Caleb brings depth, clarity, and humor, and this episode is packed with mindset-shifting insights for anyone who feels called to more—especially if you’ve ever wondered whether there’s a message behind your dreams, your patterns, or the recurring themes in your life. What happens when you finally achieve your biggest childhood dream—and realize it still doesn’t make you happy?
In this powerful episode of Inspire & Impact, Daniel Rosenstein sits down with Jen Guyton, an award-winning National Geographic photographer, scientist, storyteller, and transformational coach, for an honest conversation about success, identity, happiness, and discovering who you are beyond your achievements.
Jen spent years pursuing a childhood dream: becoming a National Geographic photographer. Her journey took her from scientific research to wildlife photography in Africa, eventually leading to a National Geographic assignment photographing spotted hyenas and a National Geographic cover story.
But after the excitement and recognition faded, Jen realized she still didn’t feel fulfilled.
She had achieved what she thought would finally make her happy, yet she still felt stressed, anxious, and disconnected.
Jen calls this the “achievement trap”—the belief that once we get the career, recognition, money, relationship, house, promotion, or milestone we’ve been chasing, we’ll finally feel happy and complete.
Her experience taught her that external achievement can provide temporary validation, but it cannot create lasting self-worth or fulfillment.
Jen shares her journey from scientist to National Geographic photographer to transformational coach. She talks about working in Africa, photographing wildlife, coming within feet of a male lion, taking bold opportunities, and eventually questioning the identity she had built around success.
She explains how therapy, self-reflection, spiritual exploration, and slowing down changed the way she viewed ambition and helped her ask deeper questions:
Who am I without my accomplishments?
What actually makes me feel alive?
Whose definition of success am I following?
What do I truly want versus what I think I should want?
Today, Jen helps high achievers reconnect with themselves through what she calls the Rewild Method.
Rather than adding more routines, productivity hacks, and self-improvement habits, the Rewild Method focuses on removing beliefs, expectations, and behaviors that keep people disconnected from who they really are.
Jen also shares an important message for anyone who looks successful on the outside but feels unfulfilled on the inside: slow down, get honest about what is and isn’t working, and notice the difference between the life you think you should want and the life you genuinely want.
Whether you’re an entrepreneur, executive, creative professional, photographer, high achiever, or simply questioning what success really means, this conversation may change how you think about ambition, happiness, identity, and purpose.
