When was the last time you truly saw yourself?Not through a to-do list.Not through your children’s eyes.Not filtered through expectations.But truly — just you, looking back at you.

I had that moment. And it started with red lipstick.Yes — that one.

You’ve probably seen me wear it.You may have noticed.You may love it or not.And I’m okay with both. Because there was a time… I couldn’t stand the sight of me.

Before the Lipstick

I used to hide.

Like many women, I believed being small made me safe.Blending in made me lovable.

At the time, color scared me.Visibility? Terrified me.A red matte lipstick? Permanent and bold? That felt like an act of rebellion.But one day, a friend dragged me to Sephora and said, “Try this. Just once.”I did. I covered my mouth with a book on the ride home.I was afraid to be seen.

But when I walked through the door, my (now ex) husband looked at me with surprise — and approval.Not because I was prettier. But because I was present. Alive.

The next day, I wore it to work.Same thing. Compliments. Connection. Confidence.

And yet — life happened. Kids, divorce, exhaustion.I forgot her.Until COVID.

The Mirror, Again

During lockdown, while searching for a lipstick that wouldn’t rub off under a mask, I hesitantly picked up red again.I applied it and looked in the mirror.

And there she was.

Not just a mother.Not just a wife or an ex.Not a tired woman with responsibilities.

I saw a woman in her power.A woman with potential, beauty, magic.A woman I had forgotten… but who had been waiting for me all along.

That was my red lipstick moment.

It’s not uncommon to feel stuck in midlife. For many women, that “stuckness” shows up as imposter syndrome, uncertainty, or a disconnection from dreams we never gave ourselves permission to have.

The truth? Confidence is not the absence of fear. It’s the choice to trust yourself — to take action even when you feel insecure.

One thing I talked about was Elena Cordon’s mindset: that confidence and insecurity can coexist. You don’t need to feel ready to be ready. Let that sink in.

Visualize and Prototype Your Dreams

Let’s stop leaving dreams in journals and vision boards. I want you to see your future life, immerse yourself in it, and then reverse engineer it. That’s the prototyping method I teach — mapping out your dream backwards and making it real.

It’s how I began my journey of building a location-independent business — not chasing status or numbers, but chasing freedom.

Self-Awareness, Manifestation & Strategy

I blend the practical with the energetic: vision meets vibration. Learn from others, avoid their mistakes, and use tools from mindset leaders like Joe Dispenza and Abraham Hicks to amplify your manifesting power.

💃 Key 5: Move Like You're Releasing Lifetimes

Trauma doesn’t leave through thinking.It leaves through movement.Ecstatic dance. Shaking. Spiraling.Movement rewires your nervous system.The medicine doesn’t just come through stillness — it comes through rhythm.You were never meant to be still all the time.You were meant to move energy.Let it rise. Let it roar. Let it leave.

🖤 Key 6: Face Your Shadows Without a Trip

What do psychedelics really do?They put your shadow on a projector screen.But you don’t need to be tripping to face yourself.Ask the hard questions:

* Where am I lying to myself?

* What am I avoiding?

* What needs to die, so I can truly live?

Journal it. Speak it. Own it.Because when you face the shadows in daylight, they lose their power at night.

🌿 Key 7: Be in Nature. Barefoot. Unfiltered.

Want a natural high?Lay on the Earth.Touch a tree.Look up at the sky and remember — it’s looking back.You don’t need to “raise” your frequency in nature.Nature returns you to it.Because you are nature.There was never a separation — just a forgetting.

🗣️ Key 8: Speak Your Truth, Even If It Shakes

Lies lower your frequency.Masks keep your soul muted.Authenticity is your natural state.Speak what’s true.Even if it trembles.Especially if it trembles.Because when the inner and outer finally match — you vibrate higher than any drug could ever take you.

🌺 Key 9: Live Like Everything is Sacred

Psychedelics feel sacred because they remind you that life is sacred.But what if you lived like every moment was the ceremony?Eat slowly.Touch fully.Love like you mean it.Pray without rules.Wash dishes like you're cleansing the cosmos.You don’t need a psychedelic when your life becomes the prayer.

🙏 Key 10: Ask — Then Listen

Ask your soul,“What do I need to remember today to truly wake up?”Then get quiet.The answer won't scream.It’ll whisper.It’ll ride in on a breath.On the pause between thoughts.That’s where truth lives.You don’t need to take the medicine…If you learn to become it.
