Whatever your friend thinks is "right" for you or what your neighbor tells you that your living life the "wrong" way doesn't really matter anyway. It's about whether you it sits right for you or not. It's about what your inner voice says. It's all about how you start to feel and see life when you do a certain thing. You have all it takes to live life the way you desire it to be. You're the one who sets up your conditions and follows them anyway, so make sure to personalize it in your best interests. Trust what is right for your mind and your body.

This is just my story, but if you have serious mental health issues I absolutely recommend consulting a professional in this field. Getting help from a professional is always a better option as they can identify patterns you're not aware of. Don't be ashamed about it. As humans we need each other as a support system and we need a loving community.

You are not alone and it's okay to be vulnerable, it's what makes you authentic and different.

In this episode, I talk about the hardships that I experienced moving out and studying abroad. Feeling overwhelmed after a big change in your life is normal. You feel a sense of discomfort which makes you wanna let it all go and go back to your old ways. But instead of making a decision you're going to regret later, let yourself process your emotions and release them. Respond instead of reacting, consider the consequences and ask yourself questions, go back to your principals. Most of the time we forget what drove us to wanna change, so remind yourself why. Validate your feelings and find solutions. Find reasons to keep going than excuses to give up (because humans are better at finding problems than solve them).

In this episode, I talk about how society or our environment can mislead us and make us doubt ourselves for having a certain opinion or interest different from others. The best way you will achieve authenticity in your daily life is to start embracing it and have self-compassion, and to not follow blindly without checking for facts. Of course, as long as it doesn’t hurt anyone and that you have good intentions always.

See how you feel about it and how important it is in your life and whether it’s true or not, and whether it aligns with your values or not. Let curiosity guide you rather than what the majority thinks. Don’t judge before you try.
