Words have life in them and we must use it to create something positive, something better. kind words cheers up a broken heart but the adverse is the case when you use negative words too. Yes you can, most of the times, we seek out for people's opinion to validate our actions and it breed low self esteem. But here's the good news You are enough to accomplish whatever you want to accomplish. It is cool to take advice from people and also respect people's point of view, but what is not cool is to always depend on what people think of you. Step out this week and do that one thing you've always wanted to do. I hope you have a wonderful week.

The state of affairs in Nigeria gives me great concern, especially the very incident that took place in Lekki Toll gate, Lagos State. The losses are irreplaceable. My heart goes out to the families of those who have lost loved ones arising from that incidence. The current state of things may not be exactly what you have wished for, But keep hope alive, believing that the way things are right now isn't the way they'll be forever. If you feel stuck, believe its possible to feel differently. Believe in possibility itself. I hope you have a fruitful week.

Everyone has put off a task at some point in their life. But have you ever wondered why you—or others—procrastinate? While some view it (in themselves or other people) as laziness, there might be something else at play. Procrastination is a disease that consumes our time and consequently our destiny. One has to take deliberate action against it. Focus on why you are doing a particular task. Leave an item on your To-Do list for a long time, even though it's important. And build up the habit of "Do It Now" when it comes to doing important things. Finally, as you step out this week, have it as a basic responsibility to do the most important things before doing the least important things. I'd hope you have a fulfilled week. Be Inspired
