This week I shared some personal things I do to set myself up for creating happiness.
Life is full of surprises, which, for some, it can cause stress, anxiety, and depression. With seeing so many studies done, it has been proven scientifically that some of these tips can help reduce all of that.
I will say with looking back at some low moments of my life and where I was at emotionally, these have personally worked for me. And I can get myself out of the low moments a lot quicker than if I didn’t have these tools in my pocket.
I also touch on being ok with all emotions that show up. And when it shows up, to ask questions and get curious about it all. And know you aren’t alone.
