How do you manage seven kids, academic pursuits and a full-time job? What's the secret? For Dr Elizabeth Macharia Mokobi, the answer is she's a "realist." 

 Two of her seven children are diabetic children. She was the first woman in Botswana to earn a doctorate in law through research and now heads of the law department at the University of Botswana. Dr Mokobi is also founder of the Family Life Institute.
