We hear all the time, that we are the sum of the 5 people that we hang around most. We have always thought that this quote applied to friends BUT what about family, what about your co-workers ?? 

If you are like many of us, we spend more time at work than we do with our friends and family. Your co-workers could be holding you back.

Its Crazy how the best ideas appears in the mist of Honesty. Try it more often.

Fear is Funny and everyone can not pull themselves up by their "boot traps". Don't fell bad about not being able to always push pass your fear. Here's another tip to help you.
