June 24, 2022 55. ONE OF THE HARDEST THINGS I'VE HAD TO ADMIT TO MYSELF
As an old soul there are times I can feel pretty fed up with this reality but I didn't realise just how fed up I was. I've recently had to admit to myself and those close to me that on a SOUL level I don't want to be here. It's not that I don't want to be alive, it's that my soul doesn't want to be here. This has been hard to admit because it has created a lot of anger inside of me that I have covered up with spiritual practices. Which is why I'm now sharing it with you.
Shadow work is an important component of our journey to ascension. I invite you to reflect on any parts of yourself that you hate or fear, these are aspects of yourself that your soul is here to work through and integrate. There's a good chance that whatever it might be - like anger is for me - is actually something powerful you're here to share.
In this episode I also share the truth of my beliefs about where our civilisation is headed and how it relates to the Ascension of the human collective. Something I will be speaking into a lot more moving forward.
