1. Sleep 8 hours – increase your sleep and increase your productivity. 1 hour before bed no electronics but have a bedtime ritual to help your body relax. Having your room dark before bed and a quiet sleeping environment is key to high energy levels.

2. Drink Pure Water & Have a Green Based Diet – If you are currently drinking tap water; try getting a filter. 4 to 5 liters of water per day is best, so many people aren’t drinking enough water and it’s impacting their energy levels. Start eating more greens and organic food whenever possible.
