Jaimie Lee is the owner of The Coalition. A Martial Arts Studio in Chapel Hill, NC that teaches Krav Maga. An important tool in order for survival on the streets. As a traveler around the world, she talks about awareness to self and your environment. How she got into Krav Maga and why she continues to teach. We go through and really discuss what the mental aspect of being in a street fight, where you don't know if the person is trying to kill you, hurt you, or degrade you. Either way, being prepared for anything is the key to having the confidence and awareness to enjoy life to its fullest. Enjoy!
