We have been MIA lately but we have returned! Now let’s get to it. Ever find yourself ruining a perfectly good situation, relationship, goal whatever it may be based solely on your own thoughts or actions? We often self sabatage ourselves because we don’t think we are pretty enough, smart enough, strong enough, whatever it may be. Listen and find some strategies to help with this. We can’t keep doing this to ourselves people!

Sarah and I were talking about how often we find ourselves being one extreme or the other. This can apply to so many things like working out like crazy or not at all, screaming at someone or just ignoring them and the list could go on and on. We’ve found in our lives balance is hard to find in many situations but so often feels so good when we do. Tune in to learn some key strategies to finding more balance in your life.

Conflict and confrontation can be hard to approach. Some people avoid it, ignore it or approach it too aggressively. Over time we have learned some strategies to help navigate problems and addressing them in a calm logical manner. Have you ever gotten out of a situation and realized something after it’s over? This epiphany happens and you say “wow how did I not see that?” On a day to day basis we often choose not to see the negativity in our daily habits, work place or relationships. If what is happening isn’t obvious but leaves you with a bad feeling at the end of the day, there’s probably a Blindspot you do not see. Listen for ways to identify those blindspots and learn what to do to fix them.

Do you ever find yourself getting frustrated with a friend or spouse for the same thing over and over? Is it them or is it your expectation of them? It’s hard when we have a list of qualities or things we want out of relationship. Sometimes our hopes for that relationship aren’t the reality. So what can you do when you find yourself disappointed. Do you ever find yourself becoming intertwined with a friend, a relative or significant other to the point you start to lose yourself? Do you take time for yourself so you are charged and are able to be strong, independent, and take care of yourself and others. It all goes together. If you don’t independently take care of yourself, you most likely will crumble. Listen in to find ways to show yourself some self love.
