Let's welcome our podcast guest Chelsea Jackson Villines - deaf mom, entrepreneur, motivational speaker and all-round an inspirational woman.
My name is Chelsea and I was born 30+ years ago.
I am happily married to an amazing man who puts up with the crazy me. I am a BOYmom of 3 and expecting baby #4 in May.
I am deaf! Yes, you read that right. I’m not from Germany like I tell people when they ask about my accent (although it’s pretty funny seeing their facial expressions). I wasn’t born deaf, I lost my hearing at the age of around 18 months from a fall down a flight of stairs. My parents gave up trying to find out the main cause and just realized it’s what the Lord had in plans for me!
I grew up in the public school system and excelled in sports and academics. Thanks to my amazing family and teachers and friends! I seriously wouldn’t be who I am without them!!
So wife, mama… and I’m a dental hygienist! Yes, I love cleaning dirty teeth and trying to help you improve your oral health (even though you don’t want to listen to me).
I’m also a shampoo rep! I love helping people have a healthy head of hair so if you need help- I’m your girl! I always love proving people wrong and being a successful deaf mama!!!

Let's welcome our podcast guest Danielle McCurdy
Danielle started Naturally Biased by Danielle to show women what is possible. She helps women rediscover and redefine their story for life-changing results.
After years of planning, doing and achieving, Danielle finally “arrived” by all societal definitions: A mortgage for a great house in a strong school district, two healthy daughters, a lovely husband, a wonderfully successful and well-paid corporate career and nice annual holidays. And then, one morning she asked her husband, ‘Is this it?” She embarked on a journey that resulted in moving her family across the world (twice now!), leaving her corporate career behind and going for her long-term dreams of becoming an entrepreneur.
She certified in health and life coaching and yoga and deeply studied different forms of meditation and countless other types of personal development. Danielle is passionate about helping women from all over the world design a new life by weaving in the best from the past and dreams for the future. She leverages her strong business background (in the corporate and entrepreneur arenas), years of coaching and mentoring experience and wellness training. No dream is too big whether it’s to quit that job to have more family time, double earnings in a year, finally lose all that baby weight (even if it’s 10 years later!), travel the world or find more positivity in your daily thoughts.

Let's welcome our podcast guest Natasha Orumbie
The founder of No Cakes R Better. Natasha has been in business for the last 10 years but she recently made the decision to begin sharing her expertise and advice about cake making business and decorating via an online academy that is officially launching in December 2019.
Cake making and decorating has been in her family for generations. It became a business after trialing a novelty cake for her niece whilst on maternity leave from her teaching job in 2009 and getting the taste for the creativity and flair of a modern cake artist.
Having been an educator for over 20 years, introducing this element to the business has been a natural progression. Until this point, the business has never fully operated as a full-time business but the change is about to take place.
