Besides understanding the leader’s perception of himself or herself, relative to his or her followers, there's also a compelling need to understand the followers’ perceptions of the servant leader.
The key word here is "servant" that means "to serve".
And to serve is "a calling". No constrictions, no obligations, it's only a choice.

There's a global need, request and expectation, rising from the majority, to see in a leader "a very good leader who serves", given the results that we actually are observing.
