A.D. Vision received the licensing rights to make the English dub of Ghost Stories. Due to its negative reception in Japan, the script was heavily re-written and ad-libbed by the voice actors. What was once a spooky children’s show was turned into an adult comedy, while loosely holding onto the core plot of the series.
