Governing in the Anthropocene: Risk & Resilience, Imagination & Innovation
The second lecture in this series demonstrates how risk and disruption are inherent to the operating environment of governments, and why it is therefore critical to cultivate resilience in government and society. It explores fresh ideas to promote a spirit of experimentation, trust, and transparency in government, and an imaginative and open process for developing national narratives of resilience, hope, and aspiration.
