Today I continue the discussion of Insulin Resistance with part 2 to talk about the things that impact and contribute to Insulin Resistance.  Join me to find out about the top 4 impacts as we take a bit of a deeper dive on each one.  I hope that I help to sort out some confusion around carbohydrates, sugars, and fats and fulfill my ultimate goal of providing you choice through information.  I tell a bit of a side story about why I love listening to podcasts (free stuff!) and I can't help myself but to compare the standard American diet to cocaine.  It's just too darn easy to do so.  I take a quick visit to the past via rice cakes and venture into my present imperfections as I admit to a licorice addiction and eating fries this weekend.  We're all in this together!
