As young women navigating business it’s been a journey but we stand on the importance of having integrity in a world that is constantly pressuring us. We all have a moral compass and this is what guides integrity. In order to have success one must have integrity . Integrity is not measured by money but it reflects in your character and the way you carry yourself and treat those around you. Martin Luther King Jr once said “The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy” and having integrity is not always easy but it is always worth it. You must attract what you expect, reflect what you desire, become what you respect, mirror what you admire. Integrity is the core of our character and without it we have a weak foundation.
