On the most recent Top500 list, and Intel® Xeon® processor and Intel® Xeon PhiTM co-processor based system (called Milky Way 2) topped the list, more than doubling the performance of the 2012 top supercomputer. Also at the show, Intel demonstrated an Intel® Xeon® processor E5-based system that can build and prototype an Audi car in real time vs. the one year it previously took the car manufacturer to produce a physical prototype.
