As an advocate for women, Darra is passionate about teaching self-love, driving self-confidence, and creating opportunities within my local and global community. She began with formal education in Public Health and a Masters in Business Administration; and has since expanded her reach in the non-profit sector to help co-found Focus Fairies Mentoring, a program that provides empowerment for girls aged 7-14. Since the program’s June 2017 launch, her co-founders and she has helped to enhance the lives of girls in the Chicagoland area through vehicles of group coaching, organized events, and individual developmental mentorship. When she's not indulging her creative side as an entrepreneur at Darra Michelle Events, she continues to pursue her passion for helping others through her work as a life coach,and mentor. When a life is transformed and changed because of her inspiration, her encouragement, her reach, that’s when you truly have success. You could have all the money in the world, all the materialistic items but if you don’t touch someone’s life in the process, you didn’t accomplish much success.
