In this episode, I had a good deep chat with Wes Thomas about things we felt passionate about. We talked about his relationship with his Wife our experiences as Black & mixed-race people and our passion for music and DJing.

In this episode, I sat down with Joshua a very close friend of mine of whom I see as an older bro. He's had a very interesting life that isn't conventional in the slightest which has lead him to become one of the kindest spirited people I have ever met. Joshua is a DJ & producer who grew up in North West London which as a young male can be a very challenging place. We discuss his upbringing and his childhood where he was engaging with things that might have been classed as counterproductive and lead him down a road different to the one he is on now if he never moved out to Brighton. We then got deep into personal into our mental struggles, spiritual beliefs and Joshua's love in which he dedicates to his amazing girlfriend Jill.

In this episode, I had a really insightful chat with Sam Clouston a music producer, mix & mastering engineer and DJ. Sam is a very technically gifted person with music and his music productions are top of the range and engineered to perfection. He ranges from producing UK Garage with his alias "Movement", to breakbeat & jungle which is productions under "Agora". He also co-produces under Heritage. We talked about music production and mixing to DJing and also finished talking about hip hop.

For the second episode of Intense Life, I sat down with Archie for a chat about music, rapping, production, spirituality, relationships and a number of other topics. Archie himself is a top mic man, music producer, film/videographer and does a bit of DJing on the side. I have known Archie for a while now and worked with him on music so it was good to have a deep chat and get to know him a bit more personally.

To kick off the intense life podcast I sat down with Elliot Gibson, a good long-term friend of mine to discuss a wide range of topics from fitness / bodybuilding to hip hop & relationships. Elliot is a personal coach, self-proclaimed body builder and all around top lad.
