Dr Emma Ridley, Senior Research Fellow and NHMRC Emerging Leadership Fellow 2020-2025 at Monash University and Clinical Dietitian in the Intenisive Care Unit at the Alfred Hospital. 

Andrew is an Intensivist at Frankston Hospital and an Associate Professor at Monash University with interests in clinician wellbeing and humanisation of bedside care.  Andrew produces and hosts the 'Mastering Intensive Care' podcast to promote story-telling on topics including clinical leadership, bedside communication and clinician wellbeing.
