Dear Listener, it's been a while hasn’t it.
In this episode, I talk about why I stopped uploading new episodes and what I’ve been during the “podcast hiatus.”
I like to try new things and keep things moving, so I’ve been doing a lot of things on the side. As of recording this, my main website, www.TegaDiegbe.com, seems a bit scattered in terms of content since I tend to talk about a lot of the things I’ve been trying out.
One of the changes coming down the line is more clear messaging from me, so that people know me as ONE Tega as opposed to the Tega of many faces
As someone who doesn’t talk about himself that much, it was a big decision for me to focus on talking about just one specific thing that I do. Today, I’ll talk about why I want to be known as the “systems guy” and what this entails. This is the first of many solo episodes and I’d love for you to be on this new journey with me.
This is a little bit different to the usual format of the podcast, Jono hosts a late night chat show and invited me as a guest. I enjoyed our conversation so much as it turns out I like to talk in the right situation and with the right people.
Jono is a long time friend and like me struggles to talk about what he does(in a professional sense. He shared an article with me about being a “full-stack digital marketer,” although he doesn’t want to be labeled as such. He loves providing solutions to fellow entrepreneurs and specialises in high-level inner performance and leadership.
He isn’t just a full-stack digital marketer, he’s full-stacked on plenty other skills as well.
As a British-born-Chinese, Jono has had a challenging childhood and was never used to being the centre of attention. That eventually changed when he decided to step into the limelight from the shadows to help people find themselves in both life and career. Now Jono is a proud public speaker and hosts his own podcast.
In today’s new style, we cover a range of interesting topics like stoicism, symbiotic relationships, and why we shouldn’t be using labels to identify each other.
If you ask Shiggi what she does, she’d probably give you a very vague answer rather than going down the rabbithole of all the things that she actually does. In fact, she is so multifaceted that she has been called a “salted caramel space unicorn.” That name alone goes to show how interesting and talented of a person she is.
Not only is Shiggi a talented DJ and editor of audiobooks, but she is also a personal trainer (but surprisingly dislikes gyms!).
In this episode, Shiggi covers a variety of topics as colorful and diverse as the things she does for a living. She shares with us her journey to becoming the person she is today and why 2020 is the best year to think about your life and make the most out of it.
Matt loves challenges. In fact, he loves challenges so much that he swam the English Channel (and is ready to take on more!). You could say that he’s fearless...within reason.
Professionally, he has also been a Personal Trainer for 20 years and eventually shifted to Web Development after getting kicked out by his landlord. Currently, Matt is part of Internet Fit Pro and helps build sites for fitness establishments and professionals.
In this episode, Matt passionately shares his experience as a Personal Trainer, Web Developer, and (rather extreme) swimmer. We also tackle the mindset of a person who likes challenges and how he is able to face all of these challenges, willingly and fearlessly.
