I find it energizing to know how much power lives in the choices I make, and that I can make different choices at any time. I can consider what feels more meaningful, joyful and connected, and make choices that serve those desires. And when I don’t, I can choose to be really kind to myself anyway. No matter what, I can choose to shine compassion and love on myself, and on others. So can you, and it’s a game-changer.
