In this episode, I share my journey of healing from the guilt and shame that I held onto for years after my marriage ended. I was unaware that this guilt and shame were not only weighing me down but also blocking my ability to feel love for myself.

Through a transformative psilocybin experience, I confronted these emotions, realizing they occupied so much space within me that there was no room for self-love or the profound love I desired. I experienced an overwhelming sense of connection and love during my journey, but I also recognized that while I thought I had healed, there was still work to be done outside of the medicine. This became clear when I felt a strong urge to call my ex-husband.

This urge was the final piece of the healing puzzle, prompting me to take action and express the feelings I had been holding onto for years. I understood that true healing often occurs in the moments of vulnerability and connection we create with others. Our conversation became one of the most healing experiences of my life, demonstrating the importance of integration and the real work that follows a psychedelic journey.
