ICA unlocks a greater surface area for designing cross-chain applications. Cross-chain TXs currently speak very basic language: token swaps. But by being able to control an account of another chain, you can potentially unlock a vibrant multichain world of dynamic DAO management, file transfers, KYC-less identity verification, and whatever else imaginable. ✨About mesh security✨ 

It's just an idea for now! Mesh security is a bi-lateral agreement between two chains agreeing to secure the other chain with its native staking token. Network topology of a mesh secured network looks like a distributed set of chains rather than hub and spoke, arguably a more decentralized architecture.
