Originally from New York, Brooke dedicates her professional career to make your life at work better and we explored many aspects of that in this very interesting and insightful interview.

Vini and Maria are back after a short break and this time we'll be talking about booze. Have you ever wonder what Cachaca is made of, or which country Palinka comes from? Well, we'll try to answer those questions for you while offering some interesting personal stories of our experiences with those drinks.

Rakel had a happy encounter with a group of Monks at an early age while they were visiting her birthplace of Caracas in Venezuela and from there, her journey only grew and made her the successful coach she is today. A graduate in Communication in the renowned Sorbonne Univerisity in Paris, Rakel went on to a career in journalism in many different countries, including very stressful situations like reporting terrorist attacks in New York and London, the political situation in the Gaza Strip and child slavery in Central and South America, until she landed in Germany and started doing coaching full-time.

In this interview, she shares her story with us and gives a taste of a breathing exercise you can use to reduce stress.

Vini and Maria discuss the different perspectives of the COVID19 pandemic, sharing their own experiences and the ones from friends around the world, but also give advice on how to deal with the anxieties that come from working from home and seeing so many people get sick.

Maria and Josh met in Cambodia and realized they had something uncommon 'in common': the sheer amount of countries they've lived in. They are not simple travelers, they were born and raised 'on the road' and studied, worked and integrated to the culture in many different countries across 4 continents and now they took a break in the modest town of Lueneburg in the northwest of Germany, but don't be fooled, they are not thinking about settling just yet.

Niels is a reference in organizational behavior in Germany but he didn't stop there. With an impressive international career over 5 countries and many students praising his innovative approach to educational sessions, he made a name for himself in the field of psychology, leading to a prominent project with one of the biggest newspapers in Europe, Die Zeit, where he teaches his vision for better leadership and results which can be summarized in his phrase: "Be more human and less manager".

In this interview Vini and Maria explored a diverse number of aspects about multicultural leadership, hiring processes, how to lead in times of home-office and coronavirus and much more.

4 years ago Felix embarked on an adventure to improve his English and experience the New Zealander culture, however, he was destined to land in Australia a couple of years later, where he resides now. In his adventures, he encountered much more than he bargained for and had a great time, except for the latest bush fires in the country, as he gives us a local perspective of how was the experience.
