The Road Accident Fund has obtained an interdict to stop a planned strike by the National Union of Metalworkers of South Africa, NUMSA at the Fund's offices. The Labour Court declared the planned strike unprotected and unlawful. NUMSA was set to march against RAF CEO Collins Letsoalo's alleged mismanagement of the entity.
