It is Easter Sunday evening, one of my favorite times of the year. And would you join me for some Sunday night thoughts.

I have hundreds of Roses in my desert cactus backyard. But can you have too many Roses?... Easter, Roses, Dying and life, in the The time of Pandemic ... What should we think and do, and If you have 9 minutes maybe I can help and encourage you to Press On !

We are now on the day and in the period of The Cross, and Jesus is dying, and no wonder my friend asked, "Why in the world do they call if Good?  What's good about it?"  Thats the start of the story and then let me simply report and repeat a message that my friend and Pastor, Wayne Viereck, sent out to our little congregation and he takes us though our hearts, mind, and spirits as we seek to understand what might be going on and what we might do through this CV Crisis and Quarantine.

It's  PassOver Evening and faithful from around the world are celebrating the Seder just as Jesus was doing on the night that he was betrayed into the hands of the death dealers.  And the supper celebrates the story in the Hebrew Scriptures where terrible plagues (like right now) and yet the Death Angel passed over the faithful few.  All of this comes together in the story of my friend Hugh who just got bad news from the Dr. and is truly looking forward to this Easter Sunday
