And that's probably too soft of a word it is being transformed in many ways that will be very in bed and he just has some and it will be great difficulty and the loss of good things for others.

There are big changes coming just as I said and you can be assured that Donald Trump is a member of the KYW club... But before you speak too much or say too much or commit to much always take 72 hours to take what you heard and experienced, and think and pray, and ponder and then seek and speak your truth to yourself and possibly to others.

And please remember that so many of the problems that we have today simply because no longer do people join and participate and commit to the very human desire to want to hear the truth and to know that they can trust the people will do what they say.

Today as we begin the weekend that will lead to the Monday inauguration of Donald Trump as the former and next President of the United States we want to talk about something that he has promised.

He has promised that he will thoroughly OVERHAUL AND TRANSFORM the government and the ways that the government works and what it does and hopefully lead to some profound transformations in the very structure and society of our lives.

Well of course the title can be accused of being a bit of click bait... But remember as a broadcaster and as a writer and as a communicator the first thing you have to do is to get peoples attention because they're not interested in hearing from you. They are interested in doing something else.

That's why as a broadcaster and as a communicator and as a public speaker and as a person who has to make a living by what they say and do I always have to remember what is called the AIDDA formula... The news of the day says that there is a cease-fire in the conflict between hummus and the state of Israel and the hostages will be released. Well of course now we are not for sure because it seems that unsurprisingly now they're talking differently and may be backing out... And maybe Israel will discover that it's not a very good deal after all and they will go back to war.

And in four days Donald Trump will become president and lead a new administration and I wonder whether they will do what my title suggests, Will they give the state of Israel permission and the ability to be the tough Jew at the top of the stairs. Well obviously there's a story there and that's what the program is all about.

... and he has promised that there will be some big changes some big transformations in what is going to happen in the next few days and perhaps for the next four years at least... Well obviously everybody has feelings about that in some ways.

But just for fun and perhaps for your own creativity let's assume that you had access to the man and he asked you what you thought he should do. What are the changes in the transformations that you think should be done, and maybe even with the possibility that you will not only be listened to but through your counsel you could make it happen.

Then do what we always want to do with this program, and that what does this mean to you. Listen to the program and then make some decisions about what perhaps you could do or should do that would help you transform your life and make it better for you and the people you lead, care for, or the things you care about!

The world is going to change a lot and it will affect you so let's help you get ready to make it more of what you want and less of taking just what you get.

This is a blast from the past and it is not a political point of View for you. Eight years ago when I heard that Donald Trump was gonna run for president, I was curious about him because I knew something about him but not very much. So I went out and studied him and bought a number of his books to find out about him.

And I discovered that whether you would like him or not hate him or love him that he had a number of very good ideas and some helpful things that would possibly be useful to you and me as we are trying to build our business ... And I got a gig from a training company to put some of those things together and they did their deal about 8 years ago.

Well I happen to find some of those deep in the archives and brought them out and thought well they might be kind of useful and fun to look at now and so that's what I'm going to do. I'm going to try to remember what I learned and share it with you. I hope it's helpful to you and as I said this is not based on any particularly political point of view. I'm not a partisan at this point just an observer.

And I've always thought that the good and thoughtful person is always open to learning from every situation that they have in life and that you might even learn something from everybody including those you may not like.

For a new year.

Our conversation and story today goes back to a radio program that I heard on New Year's Eve. And it was about a man who knew that he might not survive the coming year, and he didn't.

But he was OK and so let me tell you a part of his story and share with you the prayer did he wrote on that New Year's Eve.

Let's face it, at this time of the year thousands of people are offering to millions of people, The Solution, the one great thing that will help them have a better new year. And many people will decide that maybe this time this will be the thing that works.

But of course most of the solutions don't work and when the year has passed nothing will have changed. Most things will be as they are, and maybe even worse.

We make no promises or guarantees but we do understand that real significant change, indeed a transformation, it is possible. There is a zone of living and understanding and achieving that can make a difference.

We would like you to give us a try because we truly believe this could be helpful, useful, practical, and maybe transforming. This is the soft launch and we are grateful for you giving us the time to check it out.

Today is the second day of Christmas. We have all heard of the 12 days of Christmas and that's more of a song than reality. But the second day of Christmas is in many parts of the world a legal and official reality.

But it's more than that. Much more. First of all it's a time to have enjoyed the wonder of children on the first day and on the Christmas Eve day, but on the second day of Christmas it's for the benefit of those who are older and perhaps for those who have to live a grown-up life with all of its difficulties challenges, and even opportunities.

Please join me in some reminiscing at this age and stage but I think many of you will find that indeed I got it right. This is the day, the Christmas day for grown-ups... It's just a few minutes of thoughtfulness for those of us who are growing up and want to live better and be a blessing for others in the days we have left,
