Intermedia’s Ascend program, launched 18 months ago, is rapidly gaining momentum. More than 50 service providers have partnered with Intermedia under Ascend, leveraging the platform’s UCaaS, CCaaS, and data services—while maintaining full brand control and customer ownership. “We enable our partners to go head-to-head with global vendors like RingCentral and Zoom,” Tucker noted. “But what sets us apart is our partner enablement model—white-label flexibility, deep sales and marketing support, and real co-selling.”
Tucker emphasized that Intermedia’s investments in AI are grounded in delivering business outcomes. “It’s not just about demos or hype,” he said. “We’re focused on AI that actually helps our partners’ customers solve real problems and gain a competitive edge.”
