The book is written in more of an easy to understand, straightforward and friendly manner. The answer to my questions are in this book. I will be re-reading this book over and over. All contents are so relevant and also intermittent recipes are so impressive and I tried some recipes mine ,carrot and orange soup is so delicious and also tips and tricks for intermittent fasting discussed in this book.
