Intermittent diet is one of the proven diet plan where a person goes through a large meal ,followed by small meal and than for a specific hour the person should not eat anything.The author describe the concept nicely in the chapter "why it works". Through this book one can learn about the Intermittent diet,the method of applying the diet day wise,Sample Meal plan and some myths about the diet.I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to loose weight in shorter span of time

We all know the journey to weight loss is hard. Intermittent fasting allowed me to eat the food I like and still be able to lose weight. This is a very well-known method, used by bodybuilders, athletes, etc. The book is very informative and helpful. It contains a lot of tips, about what you can eat, about foods that contains protein, good fats and carbohydrates and the methods of intermittent fasting. If youâre trying to lose weight, I recommend this book.
Very intersting guide in losing weight!
My quest to shed some pounds had led me to this book. I find this book really interesting because I am really lazy and busy at the same time, which is the main reason why I donât want to think of healthy recipe for the whole week and COOK! The word âFastingâ alone is enough to catch my attention. What I found out about this book is an explanation on how and why intermittent fasting can help us lose weight and gain muscles. I like the slogan of this whole eating diet, âSatisfy your cravings without sacrificing result.â This book provides a diet routine of which you can choose from. Although I find this book interesting and quite suits my idea of losing weight, I must admit I am not so sure if I can follow the suggested diet plan. Nonetheless, itâs worth a try!
