In today’s Session Mervi Heinaro, CEO and Co-Founder of FLEXOUND Augmented Audio tells us how they add the sensation of touch to music, games, movies and VR with their patented Flexound Augmented Audio™ modules.

FLEXOUND Augmented Audio™ is designed and engineered in Finland. Flexound team started the work in 2015 to help autistic and disabled children by adding the sensation of touch to music. The versatile, globally unique technology can be embedded into cushions, cinema and car seats, gaming chairs, furniture and more.

On September 19th, the Award Show of the International Sound Awards 2019 took place in Hamburg. Next to the Award Show, selected nominees presented their projects to a wider audience in more detail at the ISA2019 Sessions on September 18th. The ISA Sessions were part of the official Reeperbahn Festival program.
