Ever heard of the saying leaders must enforce and submit all who are beneath them, this is perhaps as divorced from the true role of leadership as known to man. Leadership is about people, transforming and impacting people.

The son inherits a set of believes, actions and responsibilities from his Father. To bring his life into fulfillment he must choose to divorce from these pre ordained actions. He is constantly in a battle for his own soul.
