In episode 35, I interview Elle Seline, a mental health activist  and musician from Surrey, England who works hard to break the stigma around mental health and is  promoting a positive beauty standard in this year’s Miss Great Britain by rocking no makeup on stage. 

In this episode we discuss why she made that bold choice , how her past and mental health diagnosis has impacted her journey to self acceptance as someone who always felt different and what makes her feel free now.
