Today's interview is with the nicest human EVER! We start by talking about grief, and handling the loss of loved ones and what it was like for her to loose both of her parents before the age of 40. Laura Martin is a wife, big sister, dog mom, and the "crazy aunt" to her many niblings. She's a former teacher, who currently owns and operates a professional dinner theatre, the Washington County Playhouse, in Hagerstown, MD with her husband, Shawn. In addition to being a small business owner and freelance theatre artist and teacher, Laura is also an online health and fitness coach with her own 60 pound weight loss story. Laura encourages everyone to approach the challenges of life through baby steps - one day at a time, one baby step at a time.
