I had the privilege of seeing Glacier Bay National Park. This National Park is only accessible by plane or boat due to it's location right off the Pacific Ocean and it was one of the most breathtaking views I have ever seen. My heart has never felt so full and I have never felt so content.

This is a revisited episode, I just came home from an 11 day vacation and I need a few days to recoup. We will be back on track for next week, I cannot wait to tell you all about my cruise to Alaska. Today we will be discussing Cuyahoga Valley National Park and how looking back this trip was a game changer to help me be more confident in my own skin. This was the trip where I took the leap and wore the damn crop top despite my stretch marks, I could not be happier.

For Mental Health Awareness Month we talk to Megan, who is an amazing person. She is so real and raw when it comes to her anxiety, panic attacks, and all mental health struggles all while navigating being a mom!

Megan is a 35 year old mom of 3 married to her high school sweetheart. She first became a mom just 2 weeks after her 18th birthday and had her last baby at just 23 years old. She was thrown into motherhood before she really had a chance to figure out who she was.
Megan shares openly about her experience
with anxiety and depression and how taking care of her physical health impacts
her mental health and vice versa. She was once an overwhelmed mom of 3 who had
no idea who she was or what she needed to be fulfilled to now prioritizing self
care and good mental hygiene to be the best mom and wife that she can be.
Her life has been everything but traditional
and she shares all the ups and downs with raw transparency. Her ultimate goal
is to normalize all the parts of motherhood that no one tells you about so that
other moms don't feel so alone in their own journeys.
