This past weekend I had to navigate a really unfamiliar situation and I was really scared. I was nervous of the outcome, I had those irrational thoughts that created a very unrealistic scenario in my head. But here is the thing, this is completely normal. It is normal to experience fear - we need to work on embracing fear instead of running from it.
