In episode 13, I interview Allyson Wettengel, a yoga teacher, life coach and corporate sales hustler, about her wild journey that began in a small town in Arkansas and took her all the way around the world to Australia.

We talk about authenticity, being a strong and outgoing personality and  what yoga taught her about life and herself and what you should do if you feel trapped! She shares her inspiring story of wanting more from her career, former relationships and how she went from the corporate world to entrepreneurship and now a blend of both. She also shares about her month long off-grid experience for her yoga teacher training in Thailand and the latest unplug I challenged her to before we recorded this episode!
