Growing in your 20’s is hard on its own but what if you then throw in anxiety and ADHD, while my guest/new friend Kristian Ellis openly speaks about how she navigated through her mid 20’s feeling so different from others and not really knowing why. She felt like she had so many questions around why she felt like she did many different things different from the people surrounding her, from how she studied in college, to working a job while attending college, and having a hard time sitting still while at work. That’s when she finally went back to see a therapist that help her come to the realization that she was struggling with ADHD which then made her look back on her life and start to realize how really different she was from others and everything in her life start my make sense. In this conversation with Kristian, we take an into a deep dive into what her life’s been like living with ADHD and how she’s never let it hold her back for living her life to the fullest.
