In episode 19, I interview Molly Williams, a fitness, mental health and wellbeing blogger. As a qualified personal trainer, she uses her professional experience and her own personal journey to share content which promotes a positive relationship with health and fitness, free from diet culture. We discuss how her relationship with both fitness and social media has changed a lot in the last few years. Ironically, we met on social media, but the discussion highlights how complicated and nuanced technology is as a part of our lives individually and a collective society! 

 Fitness for Molly is now "a tool in her mental health toolbox" and when she's not busy calling out toxic fitness culture, she is championing mental health and sharing an open and honest reflection on the good days and the not-so-good days. 

She is so vulnerable in her interview and I could quite literally talk to her ALL DAY!
