Victor Viyuoh has written and directed the powerful film "Ninah's Dowry," about one woman's quest for independence from the abusive husband she has been stuck with. When he finds out she is pregnant by another man, he chases down the wife who has left him to bring her back one way or another.
This movie is the winner of the best film at the Ft. Lauderdale International Film Festival, a fest he is familiar with. He submitted his short film, "MBOUTOUKOU" and won FLIFF's Kodak International Student Film Competition in the narrative section back in 2002.
