Adrian the Principal Lawyer at Hawkes Lawyers and in this episode we touch on his journey through the legal profession. We discuss his transition from a Real Estate Agent to setting his sites on becoming a lawyer and returning to University after 15 years as an agent. We discuss the setbacks he faced as a young lawyer and how that has helped him adapt his mentoring style now that he is the Principal Lawyer. We also touch on the importance of getting work experience early on, whether it be paid work or even volunteering/ intern type work to get as much experience as possible.
